Salmon and Dill Parcel

Stuffed salmon

Ingredients:

Serves 2 | 30 minute cook | Approx 223 calories

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • Small handful of Dill

  • 1 Lemon

  • Salt & pepper

  • Foil or baking paper to wrap the salmon in

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, or you can use an Airfryer.

Step 2: Prepare the salmon

  • Cut a slit down the middle of the salmon as shown in picture.

  • Stuff with a lemon slice and then dill on top.

  • Season with salt and pepper.

Step 3: Cook

  • Wrap in the foil or baking paper like a parcel.

  • Cook in the oven or Airfryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, take it out and assess if cooked.

  • Serve and enjoy.
