Salmon and Dill Parcel

Stuffed salmon
Ingredients:
Serves 2 | 30 minute cook | Approx 223 calories
2 salmon fillets
Small handful of Dill
1 Lemon
Salt & pepper
Foil or baking paper to wrap the salmon in
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, or you can use an Airfryer.
Step 2: Prepare the salmon
Cut a slit down the middle of the salmon as shown in picture.
Stuff with a lemon slice and then dill on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3: Cook
Wrap in the foil or baking paper like a parcel.
Cook in the oven or Airfryer at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, take it out and assess if cooked.
Serve and enjoy.
