Ingredients:

Serves 2 | 5 minute prep | 5-7 minute cook | Approx 478 calories

  • Flank Steak 300-500g

  • Fresh Rosemary sprigs

  • Salt and Pepper

  • Olive oil

Instructions:

Step 1: Coat the meat

  • Chop your Rosemary sprigs in a bowl, add good quality salt, pepper and virgin olive oil.

  • Add your steak to this mixture, coat it and leave for as long as you can.

Step 2: Cook the steak

  • Always bring your meat to room temperature before cooking to avoid it shrinking from the heat and becoming tough.

  • Set your BBQ, Grill or Frying pan to a medium - high heat and cook your steak to your liking, I normally do 3-4 mins per side, and an extra side for a medium cook (depending on how thick the meat is).

  • Leave to rest for approx 10 minutes prior to slicing.
