Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 15-minute cook | 255 calories (1 thigh)

  • 1-2 Chicken thighs

  • 2 Tbsp. of Yellow curry paste, I am using the brand Ayam

  • 1 Tbsp. of olive oil

Instructions:

Step 1: Marinade the chicken

  • Marinade the chicken thigh in curry paste. Can leave as long as you like.

Step 2: Cook and serve!

  • Airfry or fry your chicken on a medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, it’s that easy. Serve with your favourite things.
