Quick Halloumi Wrap

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 5-minute cook | Approx. calories = 180, based on 1/2 a block of Halloumi

  • Lettuce leaves

  • Halloumi

Optional:

  • Could add in some avocado as an added extra.

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the lettuce leaves

  • Wash the lettuce leaves (as many as you want to eat).

Step 2: Cook the Halloumi

  • Slice the Halloumi and fry either side until brown.

  • You can add chilli flakes or honey as an option.

Step 3: Wrap and eat!
