Quick Halloumi Wrap
Ingredients:
Serves 1 | 5-minute cook | Approx. calories = 180, based on 1/2 a block of Halloumi
Lettuce leaves
Halloumi
Optional:
Could add in some avocado as an added extra.
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the lettuce leaves
Wash the lettuce leaves (as many as you want to eat).
Step 2: Cook the Halloumi
Slice the Halloumi and fry either side until brown.
You can add chilli flakes or honey as an option.
Step 3: Wrap and eat!
