10 Minute Tikka Masala Salmon

Salmon with rice, peas and greek yoghurt

Raw salmon

Pre-air-fryer

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 10 minute cook | Approx 606 calories (including sides)

  • 1 Fillet of salmon

  • 1/4 Cup Tikka Masala paste (can also use Tandoori paste)

  • Greek Yoghurt

  • Lemon Slices

  • Served with frozen peas and brown rice

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the mixture

  • In a bowl add 2 Tbsp of Greek Yoghurt and 3 Tbsp of the paste and mix.

Step 2: Prepare the salmon

  • Cut a slit in the fillet of the salmon as show in the picture.

  • Coat the salmon in the mixture as much or little as you like.

  • Add in to lemon slices into the slit.

Step 3: Air-fry

  • Put on baking paper and air-fry for 10 minutes on 180 degrees.

  • Serve with sides of your choice.
