Ingredients:

  • Leftover pork tenderloin

  • Bread of your choice

  • Rocket

  • 3 slices of Gouda Cheese

  • Optional - Burger pickles and Mayonnaise

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare

  • Slice your leftover pork tenderloin.

  • Butter your bread.

  • Slice your cheese.

Step 2: Assemble

  • Spread your condiment on your bread, Mayonnaise is being used in this sandwich.

  • Layer the rocket.

  • Add the leftover sliced pork tenderloin.

  • Add Gouda cheese slices.

Step 3: Grill

  • Use the oven grill or air-fryer to grill the cheese for 5 minutes until sizzling brown.

  • Add burger pickles.

  • Either add your sandwich top or eat as an open sandwich.
