10 Minute Pasta Dinner

Ingredients

Cooked pasta

1 jar of pasta sauce

Ravioli

Turn heat to medium - low

Zucchini and Bacon

Mix

Ingredients:

Serves 2 | 10 - minute cook | Approximately 558 calories

  • 1 Packet of pre-filled storebought Ravioli

  • Storebought tomato sauce (or you can make your own)

  • 1/2 Packet of bacon rashers

  • 1 Zucchini

  • Parmasen or cheese of your choice for serving

  • Optional - fresh leaves of basil for serving

Instructions:

Step 1: Chop the added extras

  • Chop half a packet of finely into small chunks.

  • Finely chop 1 zucchini.

  • Get your jar of sauce at the ready.

Step 2: Boil the pasta

  • Put the ravioli in and cook in a saucepan following the time instructions on the packet.

  • Top tip - you can use boiled water from the kettle to expedite the cooking process.

Step 3: Fry the ingredients

  • On a medium - high heat with a small bit of oil fry the bacon and zucchini at the same time until browned.

  • At this point add the tomato sauce in and turn to medium - low (to avoid it splattering).

  • Add salt and pepper and mix

Step 4: Drain the pasta and mix together

  • Pour the drained ravioli into the sauce and stir gently so the ravioli doesn’t break.

  • Sprinkle with pepper, add the grated cheese, basil and serve!
