Sardines on Toast

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 5-minute cook | 330 calories

This is a great anti-inflammatory lunch, quick to make and packed full of benefits.

  • 1 Tin of good quality sardines.

  • 2 pieces of toast (I am using gluten free).

  • Bunch of chives

  • Couple of spoons of Greek Yoghurt

  • Salt, Pepper, squeeze of lemon

Instructions:

Step 1: Toast the bread.

Step 2: Make the sardine mixture.

Drain the sardines and put in a bowl. Add in 2 Tbsp. of Greek yoghurt, chopped chives, salt, pepper and squeeze of lemon.

Adjust to flavour to your personal taste.

Step 3: Serve on the toast, and enjoy.
