Salmon and Cream Cheese on Toast

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 5 minute cook | Approx 584 calories

  • Smoked salmon

  • Cream cheese of your choice

  • Bread of your choice (I am using Rye)

  • Butter (optional)

  • Chopped chives

  • Lemon wedge

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the toast

  • Put the bread in the toaster

Step 2: Prepare

  • Get the salmon, cream cheese, butter (if you want to put butter on your toast first) ready.

  • Chop some chives.

Step 3: Assemble

  • Butter your toast.

  • Spread your cream cheese on.

  • Add your salmon.

  • Squeeze some lemon.

  • Add salt, pepper and chives.
