Airfryer Lamb and Potatoes

Ingredients:

Serves 1 | 30 minutes cook | Approx 610 calories (including the Greek Salad)

  • 2 Lamb cutlets

  • 1 large potato

  • Dried Oregano, virgin olive oil, salt and pepper

  • Serve with a side of your choice, Greek salad is pictured

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare

Take the Lamb cutlets out to bring to room temperature.

In a bowl add the Lamb, and sprinkle oregano, salt, pepper and olive oil and mix.

Peel your potato and cut into small chunks and also add into the same mixture.

Step 2: Cook

Add everything into the airfryer and cook at 180/200 degrees for approx 15 minutes.

Serve with a salad of your choice.
