Quick Tomato, Mozzarella & Basil Salad

Ingredients:

Serves 3 ~ 5 minute cook ~ 252 calories

  • 2 large Tomatoes

  • 1 ball of fresh Mozzarella

  • Sprigs of basil

  • Balsamic glaze

  • Salt for seasoning

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the tomatoes

  • Slice the tomatoes

  • Drain the excess water of the slices on kitchen roll

  • Place the tomato slices on the plate

Step 2: Prepare the mozzarella

  • Slice the mozzarella and nestle between the tomatoes

Step 3: Garnish

  • Nestle some sprigs of basil leaves between the tomatoes

  • Drizzle over the balsamic glaze

  • Season the tomatoes on the plate once you serve otherwise if you season too early it will draw moisture and cause the tomatoes to leak water.
