Ingredients:

  • 1/2 a banana

  • Chia Seeds

  • 1 slice of toast

  • Butter and peanut butter

Instructions:

Step 1: Toast

  • Toast bread of your choice in the toaster.

Step 2: Assemble your breakfast

  • Butter your toast (optional).

  • Peanut butter your toast.

  • Add your sliced banana.

  • Sprinkle of chia seeds.
