Pesto Prawns
Ingredients:
Serves 2-4
1 Packet of raw peeled prawn
1 jar of pesto
1 lemon
Salt, Pepper and Oil
1 Lemon
Bamboo skewers
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare your skewers
Soak your bamboo skewers in water for a couple of hours/ ideally overnight (so they don’t burn when you put them on the heat)
Step 2: Prepare your prawns
Mix 1/2 Jar 1/2 of pesto with your prawns in a bowl, add salt and pepper and set aside until ready for cooking
Step 3: Cook and serve
Assemble each prawn onto a bamboo skewer
Add oil to a hot pan / Grill or BBQ or you can use the air fryer
Cook your prawns for a couple of minutes each side until they start to lightly brown
Serve onto a platter and serve with lemon wedges
